Mets receive National League Championship Rings today.
The rings are crafted in 10-karat white gold, and the ring features 110 round diamonds, as well as 42 round sapphires, with a total weight of 2.75 carats. The inside of the ring features the National League Championship trophy and the years that the Mets have won the pennant.
Retired outfielder Michael Cuddyer joined the Mets today for the ceremony. The Mets also flew in pitchers Zack Wheeler and Josh Edgin from Port St. Lucie to participate in the ceremony.
